ELITE GUARDIAN SERVICES is a veteran-owned contract security company and professional security training academy. We are committed in preparing the next generation of security professionals through education, discipline, integrity, and real-world experience.
We believe effective security is more than simply placing an officer at a post. It requires proper personnel selection, clear expectations, professional supervision, accountability, communication, and officers who understand the importance of representing both Elite Guardian Services and the client they are assigned to protect.

Veteran Owned and Operated
Joel Batista is the owner of Elite Guardian Services and founder of Vanguard Guardian Academy. As a U.S. Army veteran, Joel brings experience in military service, public safety, security operations, leadership, and professional training.
His military and public safety careers helped shape his commitment to discipline, accountability, preparedness, and service. Through Elite Guardian Services, Joel applies these principles by providing professional contract security services and developing officers who represent the highest standards of the profession.
Through Vanguard Guardian Academy, he carries that mission into the classroom by preparing future security professionals with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional mindset needed to succeed in the field.
Together, Elite Guardian Services and Vanguard Guardian Academy reflect one shared standard: professional training, professional officers, and a commitment to protecting those we serve.
